Project Experience
TSS Field Program, CNRL Horizon - Assisted with site accommodations, planning, correspondence, required site testing, etc.Sikome Lake Refurbishment Plan - Responsible for document control, and general project administration.
Two Lakes Campground - Responsible for travel coordination to and from Grande Prairie on a bi-weekly basis and general product requests.
Alberta Parks, Multiple Projects 2023 - Current - Responsible for project billings, budget tracking, staff & fleet scheduling, field program planning, document control, and general administration.
Upside Engineering New Building Expansion – Organized and setup Upside Engineering offices in new Building, included desk set up in offices and cubicles, purchased kitchen appliances, supply contracts, etc. Maintained the office including office administration & coordinated with Safety Manager to conduct office fire drills twice a year as the Head Fire Warden as well as maintained office safety on a daily basis.
General Project Administration, 2011-2018 – Point person for staff, Executive administration and was responsible for day-to-day office operations including client relations, equipment repairs & maintenance, office inventory, maintained calendars and scheduled monthly managers meetings including catering, material, and distribution. Responsible for booking and catering of Manager’s meetings, Townhall meetings, Company BBQ’s and Stampede BBQ’s, Company Events and Retirement Events. Also provided daily catering for multiple meetings in house.
