Project Description
SweetTech was retained by Lehigh Hanson Materials Ltd. to help manage an emergency slope stabilization project following failure of an active mine bench. SweetTech has been involved as the project manage, leading a response to this emergency repair. Work involved to date has included, hydrological analysis and drainage design, mine and operations planning, construction support, procurement and organization of external contractors, slope stability assessments, geotechnical drilling, installation of slope monitoring equipment, drafting support and 3D modelling, and on-site construction support.
