Whitetail Lake Access Road Improvements

SweetTech was obtained by the Whitetail Lake Land Corporation (WLLC) to provide detailed engineering, regulatory approvals and construction inspection services for the required improvements to the Findley Creek Forest Service Road and the Whitletail Lake Access road. These improvements were completed to service the future resedential development works at Whitetail Lake supported by SweetTech.

Archeological sensitive areas, wetland area and an active forestry haul road with fishing boat and trailer traffic added to construction challenges. These were mitigated by an effective traffic management and limited construction works zones.

A fit for purpose design and practical construction execution achieved the permitted road widening criteria with immediate positive feedback, “ the road feels so much safer”.
