Tania joined the team in 2018 as the first ever admin hire at SweetTech. Since then, she has advanced her career, accepting the position as admin lead and most recently office manager at the company. Her passion for positive contribution, keen attention to detail, good judgement, hands-on approach and strong leadership skills have played a large part in the growth and success of SweetTech. Having worked in small to medium sized firms for over 13 years, Tania sees the value in establishing and maintaining personalized relationships, while providing exceptional, pratical, and dedicated service on all fronts. She is the point person for routine operations, project coordination, client relations, financial accounting, document review, template control, workload management, field program planning, team building, human resources, executive duties, and safety compliance.

Engineering Expert Opinion & Legal, Multiple Projects, 2018 - Current - Involved in multiple expert opinion and counsel support scopes of work. Responsible for arbitration support, legal record binder compilation, affidavits (including drafting & review of documents, and notary coordination), solicitor support, scheduling coordination, Gantt chart preparation, witness statement review and execution, evidence/exhibits assemly, counterclaim support, and analysis reporting.Gravel Pits, Mines, & Quarries, Multiple Projects, 2018 - Current - Involved in multiple BC projects providing emergency slope stabilization, notice of works submissions, quarry reclamation plans, mine plans, and care of water professional services. Carrot Creek Tower Road Emergency Response, 2018 - 2021 - SweetTech was retained to provide rapid response to stabilize site flooding in Yellowhead County, AB. Responsible for mobilizing team on the fly, project coordination, project billings, budget tracking, staff & fleet scheduling, field program planning, document control, and general project administration.

Responsible for self-qualification, internal, and external audits, annual & current updates to program, staff training, & general program maintenance. Developed Covid-19 safe work practices.
