Kathleen Galloway
Background
Kathleen Galloway discovered early in her career that she thrived in the variety and pace of engineering firm work. She progressed through four different roles in two years at her first firm, ultimately becoming Office Operations Manager. The experience gave her direct exposure to bookkeeping, project administration, and staff support, teaching her how to handle the range of tasks that come with keeping a busy office running.
At SweetTech, Kathleen supports daily operations by solving problems, organizing information, and helping things run smoothly. She handles everything from bookkeeping and document preparation to event coordination and troubleshooting software or formatting challenges. Her goal is to make each day flow a little easier for everyone.
Originally from Burlington, Ontario, Kathleen enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog Snoopy. She stays active through workouts and long walks, enjoys traveling and playing mandolin, and is currently working to master Spanish so she can surprise her twin daughters who live in Madrid.
