This Website is owned and operated by 1963401 Alberta Ltd. o/a SweetTech Engineering Consultants ("SweetTech Engineering," "SweetTech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website.

SweetTech Engineering Consultants is a professional engineering consulting firm operating in Western Canada, with offices in Calgary (Alberta) and the Sunshine Coast (British Columbia). We specialize in civil engineering, water resources engineering, and project management for environmentally sensitive heavy civil, earthworks, and water management projects.

12 — Professional Engineering Services

Engagement Process. Professional engineering services from SweetTech are provided only pursuant to a separate written agreement. The terms and conditions of such agreements govern the professional services relationship and supersede any conflicting provisions in these Terms.

Supremacy of Written Agreements. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any written agreement for professional services between SweetTech and a client, the terms of the written professional services agreement shall prevail and govern the relationship. These Website Terms and Conditions apply only to your use of this Website and do not modify, amend, or supersede any separately executed professional services agreement.

Limitations. Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as an offer to provide professional services in jurisdictions where SweetTech or its professionals are not licensed or where such offer would be contrary to local laws or regulations.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.
