Wood Bay Heights Subdivision

Wood Bay Heights is a community of exclusive estate acreages located on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia overlooking Thormanby Island and the Salish Sea.​ SweetTech was retained by Wood Bay Community Development to provide support in the design, construction management, and regulatory aspects related to the subdivsion roads throughout the community. ​

SweetTech’s responsibilities included: road alignment options assessment and optimization, subdivision road engineering design, development of stormwater management plans, coordination of permit applications with the Ministry of Transportation and Transit (MoTT), completion of geohazard assessments to support development permit applications, preparation of Issued for Construction Drawings, construction coordination support and field reviews, and completion of MOTT Engineer of Record construction assurance inspection and verification forms.
