Real Estate Due Diligence Support

SweetTech was retained by a private landowner to support the proposed redevelopment, and ultimate sale, of their property which involved the coordination of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Operating as the client's agent, SweetTech oversaw the completion of various studies and preparation of several technical work products including, but not limited to, an Environmental Overview Assessment, a Geohazard Assessment, Environmental Site Assessments (Phases I and II), an AST Remediation Program, and various conceptual subdivision plans. SweetTech also supported the property owner throughout the sale of the property overseeing the due diligence process, providing technical and strategic advise, as well as helping to obtain an new, increased water withdrawal licence for the significant groundwater spring onsite. The spring is currently used to provide water for the purposes of commercial water bottling and conforms to the US Food and Drug Administrations Standard of Identity for "Spring Water".
